I've been using a CPAP machine for more than 10 years now and I'm completely sure that I am enjoying high quality of life because of it. The last new machine I got was not working as well as the one before but Monique Ferrell is a very intelligent person who is meticulous when it comes to making sure the product works and works properly. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Wait weeks for them to call you to advise supplies are in and they never do. Been several years this has happened every time I order supplies. They always have the excuse we called last week and nobody was home". Will be looking for another supplier."

Don't like to work Friday's apparently. I will just have to carry my 85 year old mom over my shoulder because I can't get a wheelchair or even anyone to answer a phone or call back. Good thing she's not fat. CCAC strikes again!

I started using a CPAP about 4 years ago. I was very worried and nervous. Then I met with Monique Ferrell, she quickly set my mind at ease. Monique explained and demonstrated each device thoroughly. I have high anxiety, but she was so patient and understanding. She always took my calls or returned them, which was frequent. The care and attention to my needs is amazing. I won't name the first place I went to, there is no comparison. So happy I ended up at Medigas. J. Grigsby
