Absolutely awful!!!DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM!Registered for SLP therapy for my 3 year old with ASD. Paid required fees for enrolment and completed assessment. They assigned 4 different professionals in all of one week who would always cancel last minute and eventually were unable to provide services. They do not care about the client what so ever!I was nothing but patient and understanding that things happen & I was the one always following up as nobody would ever communicate why I have a new therapist assigned or why one would call a me at 1:30 in the morning. I expressed how bad of a service they provide and they didn’t care at all. No apologies nor refund of money paid, even through they are not providing any further services. I’ve attempted to call and email for a refund, as they are not honouring their commitment to provide services, and I was completely ghosted. I’ve never received such terrible customer service before! Go anywhere but here.

We had a great experience with the center. The staff was amazing and well trained. They took good care of our kids and I am very much satisfied with their services.

As a behaviour clinician employee, working here is the best! Irsa makes sure her employees are taken care of (mentally and physically!) just as well as her clients are! She ensures that all clients are paired with someone who works well with the child, making sure to ask if we are comfortable as well and tries to find the best fit possible to give the best therapy to the client. She strives to ensure we (her employees) feel cared for and is very understanding of everyone! Irsa is easily one of my role models and I am very grateful to be able to work alongside her!

Writing this review with an unnamed profile to protect the privacy of my child who is on spectrumThey keep changing the therapist every now and then. However, the client can not even change the appointment dates more than twice in a month or they charge you the full amount.Also, their therapist always arrives either dead on time or a couple of minutes late. Firstly, this means the therapist doesnt even have time to settle in before beginning the sessions. Secondly, when I am there to drop my child, I am generally a few mins early to prevent being late in case of unexpected traffic. I always have to wait until the therapist walks in. They dont take the child in.This happened even during the summer camp. I reached there 7:55 for the 8:00 am start. But had to wait for the therapist to arrive, who conveniently reached a few mins late as always. I couldnt drop the child 3 mins before time.Please rethink when enrolling your child here. They have very poor working habits.
