In 2021 our basement flooded, so we went to Carpet One in Yorkton to have new carpet installed in our basement and the whole experience was a complete nightmare. It is Dec 1, 2022 and still no carpet, for an entire year they were horrible to get a hold of, we would call multiple times a week and would never get a call back. The guy at Carpet One we were dealing with was never in or so they were telling us and when we called with a short temper they weren't even phased or thought we were taken care of. We finally moved onto Fouillard Carpet in St. Lazare, SK. They dealt with our insurance, measured our basement, and scheduled the install within 2 weeks. DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORING FROM CARPET ONE IN YORKTON, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, AT ALL!!! They don't even deserve one star. It wasn't the insurance people we were waiting on it was the carpet people.....

Very poor service they came out to measure our home on a Wednesday we where in to order materials (or so we thought) on Friday. There to pick out materials at 945 am told to come back around 3 pm to get our quote it is now 530pm they are closed still no quote. We feel they where turned off by us explaining that we had a $4000 (give or take a bit) budget to work with. I.guess it's 4 grand they don't need. Will never be back

We were not satisfied with the service or follow up. Many problems, still not fixed this has been going on for 26 months. We are still waiting. In my opinion, I would not rate the. Service as even one star
