The Panic Room - Niagara NY
The room itself was fun. And I enjoy the concept of one puzzle solved leads to the next. But I went twice within 2 weekends and it was young individuals who are game masters which were not attentive at all. There was a lot of waiting when asking for clues each time My group and I played. And when we asked for a clue clues were put up that we already solved puzzles for.. So we’re the game masters even paying attention to the game? Not to mention there was a malfunction with one of the clue mecs so lots of time wasted. Fun rooms with clues. Poor game masters.

Great place. The Al Capone Speakeasy was challenging but fun. Staff member Olivia was excellent as well. Very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back to try other rooms.

Awesome detail! We did Cellar (54 min) and Al Capone (52 min). We are experienced players and have done many rooms. Would definitely recommend checking these ones out.

Overall a solid escape room. The staff were great, and rooms were fun. Al Capone was my favorite, but my group wasn’t a huge fan of the design of the tiny little cellar room. Zombies was our middle group room. Didn’t love that we start split up though!I’d rank it 3rd Place out of the WNY Escape Rooms!

Although we did not escape the Panic Room, my husband, our grandson and I had a great time and gave it our all. We needed more brains. The staff was so nice and helpful. If we lived in New York, we would definitely come back and give the Capone Room another try. I would highly recommend giving the Panic Room a try.

Had such a good experience!! Julia and Parker were great game masters. I 100% recommend!! They made us feel so welcomed and consoled us when we failed to finish the room.

We were a first-time escape room team. The Staff was wonderful, the rooms was great, the puzzles were the perfect level of challenging and made sense. Everything from the props, to clues, to atmosphere was spot on. We had a great time for the price
