Worst customer service. Store manager Sarah is condescending and spent more time trying not to help me then listening to my concern. She was quick to cut me off.I have a baby registry with the store and was attempting to return a baby monitor I recieved from my registry at my baby shower, she advised me that I was unable to without a receipt, to which I responded I know that's not true because I have done it at the Mississauga location using my registry number. She then told me so go to that store then" or " tell the person who bought it to go find the receipt". I called another location and was told that she was not right for telling me that and that was l the point of having a registry.She made my experience awful and most definitely needs more training. When I asked her for her name she spelt out for me if as I don't know how to spell Sarah in a condescending way. I never write bad reviews or treat people in a rude way so that is why I was compelled go write this because she was completely horrible with me"

Complete 360 from the service we got in January and February. Staff went from hiding to approaching us if we needed help. Also went as far to bring us right to the items we were looking for and giving some information about them.

Pathetic staff, awful service. I went to buy a travel system and the manager with toys r us shirt inside, was unhelpful, no idea how to help and doesn’t even want to figure out how to find a solution. She told me Babies r us return policy is updated and if you buy and open the product even unused, we will not refund the money.Whereas I went to their Argentina road branch in Mississauga, the lady Deja was helpful, knowledgeable and moreover was willing to find out a solution for us.Same company, same product, and two different experiences!
