They keep calling after I've asked REPEATEDLY to stop. I have told them numerous times that I am not who they are looking for. They are continually calling me. Enough is enough already.

STOP using my phone number to leave messages for someone else. How do you think if is appropriate to leave messages for his account and personal information on my phone. I have requested many times for this to stop as well as my voice mail message says do not leave messages for Michael on my phone.

They are harassing me, I already called the companies I have accounts with to check of there is any money owing, and if they are connected to this company, they said they are not, that they are most likely scammers, after 20 + calls, I got fed and spoke to someone asking them to stop the calling as I confirmed already with my companies that they are not connected to them in any way, they said to me as long as I am in their system they will keep calling me"

Never called from there office number and continually called in the middle of the night. Never left a message so I thought it was a telemarketer scam. If you have urgent business" try leaving a message next time."

If someone says I am handling my Dad's affairs" you'd think you wouldn't respond with "I can't tell you anything

Calls at 0738h am, I am a nurse who fell on hard times trying to get back on my feet and I don't need 0738h calls when I am trying to sleep after my shifts. You do not value us as people. You just see numbers!

This Company is so far below decency it's indescribable.So I ended up in critical condition in a coma in the hospital. I was there for 4months. I awoke to have an ambulance bill already in collections after just weeks.I contacted them immediately and made the responsible agreement to pay. I paid the bill fully, I had thought, but I guess it was $50.00 shy.A month later I find a note against my credit for the missed $50.00 and a huge hit to my hard won good credit. I was floored by this, there was no attempt to contact me first or let me know so I could avert this. I had shown a willingness to resolve this bill by paying the majority of it off already even though my circumstances were very difficult. I did not just decide to say screw them (and me) on the last $50.00I contacted them to let them know I paid the missed amount that day and their agent hung up on me because I asked him if he could not do his long drawn out self aggrandizing spiel. He called me belligerent and hung up on me? I was not rude in the least I just wanted to let them know it was paid immediately. Poorly handled or this agent needs to be investigated. End result hurts me for a very long time even though I gladly paid this bill. Thanks guys, good work.

They have been calling me every week for over a year and a half. I am completely debt free, (know this for an absolute fact) yet they keep leaving messages about an important personal business matter" that they refuse to elaborate on. Every call is either an automated robo machine

Yesterday I received a debt collection letter from your company stating that I had a medical debt, but when I went to your website and transferred the money, I realized that my rehab was free, so it was a scam and you ripped me off for $400. I'm asking for an investigation and a refund because your letter doesn't specify what organization I owe money to.

I paid the amount owed via Visa. Commercial Credit Adjustors charged my Visa as a cash advance, and then my bank charged me a service charge. I contacted the bank and they reversed the charge after I explained that there was no cash advance.Commercial Credit Adjustors should be ashamed for passing off a full payment as a cash advance. Be truthful, and post it as a payment to CCA.Terrible to treat people like that.Folks, check your bank accounts after making payment to Commercial Credit Adjustors.
