The food aside I would love to comment on the service. We were those folks who came in close to closing time. The staff working were gracious, engaging, kind and obviously happy. They have great advice when ordering had fun with each other and us. To me customer service is abo it how the staff make you feel. We were welcomed as friends , treated as valued persons and left feeling recognized and as if we just made great friends. Thank you kindly for the wonderful experience which is not so common in fast food places!!! You should value your employees as they made us have a wonderful experience!

Got my order right except two extra pieces of fish,tried to correct this they took my 3 piece platter out of the bag and tried to give me a two fish platter,i said no I want the 3 piece plus two extra pieces,mean while everything is out of my bag 1/2 the order is ice cold,the manager is hollering at me for holding things up,when all I wanted was what I ordered!so I asked for my money back,she the manager gave me $46 well I had paid on debit $56,I asked for my original receipt 3 times the manager just made fun! So I was willing to take the $46 and leave but now she is playing a game where she is holding the money to get chest and won’t give it to me,I had to threaten to call cops before she would hand it over! This happened today April 1 between 3 and 3:45

Food can be hit and miss sometimes, either overcooked or greasy fish and chips. But, when they do it right, it's delicious! They also have the best burgers! It's where the locals go! Love their coleslaw too!

If there was a no Starr only negatives I would have chosen a 10 negative . It's awful a guy named Scott cooking wow all I can say I'd love to talk to a owner . I asked for crispy bacon on my clubhouse plate and it was raw because the clerk autumn didn't tell him what I ordered . So I ask for the meal to be remade with crispy bacon then they sent out only a sandwich so the old fries where cold at this point then when I got the sandwich the bacon was but to a crisp almost to the point of setting of the alarm tale a look below very ignorant then when I asked the he cook he somewhat smirked slightly saying well that's crispy so very rudely . All I can say is u never know who a secret shopping so thank u very much for my review with the company .Thank u very discussed
