Had the worst experience of my life just now, the little girl or whatever at the front counter taking orders was very rude to me, grabbed a menu out of my hand, laughed at me, slammed my drink cup down, yelled at me to sit down and then as I said have a nice day when the other rude employee handed me my food, that one snarled and laughed as she walked off. The manager needs to hire better people for customer service because I will never be going back, and will be telling everyone I know, never to go here. This place is the worst and the food is disgusting. 11/10 would not recommend this location.

I didn't know this place had breakfast. My breakfast was $8.95. 2 eggs with homestyle hash browns and Texas toast with bacon. (Sorry, there are no pictures of the bacon as I ate it lol). The biggest breakfast they have is about $13. I would come here again. We got our food quickly and didn't have to wait on line. Same thing somewhere else would have been more expensive.

Stopped in for lunch and tried out the winter bacon and cheese special, in fat size. Staff were extremely friendly and happy, and best of all, did not make any assumptions regarding the fact I was wearing sunglasses, and instead ASKED if I was going to be staying in, which was a rather nice surprise! Most places assume you'll be taking your food to go, but I have to wear sunglasses due to being photosensitive so it was a rather welcome surprise for the staff to have their question leaning towards staying in ^_^It's also nice to eat at a place where you're notified of approximately how long it would take (I was told 6-8 minutes when ordering, and received my food after 7), but to also have it brought to your table. This seems to be something that doesn't happen at too many places anymore, and it's a welcome treat.Burger was oh so wonderful, tasty, as well as nice and juicy (but not overwhelmingly so, just enough to add to the flavour without being messy). About halfway through my meal the staff checked in to see how my meal was, which was also rather nice.

I give 5 star as my overall experience and food was excellent even with the happy card issues. Restaurant was clean and customer service was excellent food was perfectly done.

Cozy place and Great welcoming staff, lots of choices on the Menu, I would prefer if they add kids chicken Burger into there Kids meal kids gonna be more happy . Food was Delicious and served quickly right into our table. Great service.

Fat burger has some awesome meat.Took the wife out as her favorite place is 5 guys. But I got her to try our Fatburger and she loved it.Service was fantastic and friendly.

Excellent food as always.. usually I eat their curly fries with garlic seasoning. Thought of trying a fries, it’s fresh & tempting. They do have excellent veggie burger. I have tried it with different sauces always. This time tried with their spiciest coco sauce. It’s extremely spicy & very watery. I would not recommend the spicy coco sauce.
