I bought a fairly expensive belt which separated from the buckle after only a few months of normal wear. I contacted Allergy Canada and was informed that this was “normal wear”, and outside the three-month warranty period. Although they offered a 10% coupon on my next order, I will not be ordering from them again as my one experience with them was so poor.
