by far my favourite salon i’ve ever been to. very cheap and fairly priced but stunning work. never had better results anywhere else. :)

Shellac manicures never last on me. I have super early nail beds and they usually peel off within days. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since getting one at this nail salon and they are in great condition. A little scuffed up because it’s been 2 1/2 weeks but not one nail has flaked or peeled off that never happens. I’m actually going to have to have them soaked off for the first time ever.My daughter and I both had services that day and they were all great.

My only spot for nails and eyebrows . Always friendly. fit me in quickly and Never leave me waiting. Do a great job. I work with my hands daily , any other place that has done my nails might look OK, but they break within days . The girls here always do a good job and my nails last weeks.

I go here for my eye brows mostly and they do great job! Always happy with my eyebrows. I recently had my nails done here and they did an amazing job! Thank you! I highly recommend going here. Good prices, very clean, accessible, and always very friendly! Great customer service as well :)

I have always had issues with shellac polish staying for more than 1 week. When I go to Venus, it last 3 weeks (or until I’m ready to take it off)! Prices are reasonable, and it’s always easy to get an appointment. I have gone to Venus a handful of times for shellac manicures, acrylic nails, and pedicures. I have always been happy with the service and quality.

The WORST pedicure ever. It started off alright. My husband and I came in this afternoon at 2:30pm. We decided spontaneously to have a pedicure. There was a woman working on a manicure for another customer. The man who greeted us said that we could both have pedicures. He was trying to sell me a shellac pedi for $45, the regular pedi is only $30. He got the water basin ready for my husband and got him settled in the broken massage chair. You had to keep the right arm rest up in order for it to work. There were four other chairs not being used. I don’t know why he put my husband in the broken chair? Yet my husband sat there quite contently. . Then the man got my water basin filled. The water was a nice warm temperature. He worked on my feet while my husband sat there soaking his feet. The man was polite but quite rough when handling my feet. The nails weren’t filed smoothly enough nor was the skin around my toenails. He asked me again before he put the polish on whether I wanted shellac or regular polish and I said no to shellac for the third time. My husband had to leave after 30m of sitting there, his feet hadn’t even been touched, since my son who we we had been waiting for had finished his appointment earlier than expected. After he moved me to the feet dryers, I sat underneath the dryer for 10m. The man came back to check on me to see how dry my toenails were and then he left. That’s when I noticed that my left big toenail had a nail polish dent in it. I told the woman, who at this point was giving another customer m a pedi, exclaimed that it was my fault. “You bump the dryer machine.” My response was “No I did not. I was very careful. When I put my feet in.” Then she proceeded to laugh hysterically and sarcastically, “if you didn’t bump your toenail on machine then who did.? Only you do that!!” I sat there in disbelief at her tone and mad laughter. All I had asked was for her to touch it up with nail polish. I asked 10m later and she came over, no eye contact again, fixed it up hurriedly. Even when I paid, she didn’t give me eye contact. I believe the man and woman are the couple who own the nail salon. The male owner tried his best to give me a pedicure but I believe he is not trained to do this. I will never be going back to this nail salon again nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there!

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. This place is a disgrace, they scammed me. I paid $85 for a gel manicure. They told me they were able to do a ombre nail (pretty basic nail design) and I showed them an example of what I wanted, even as they were doing my nails they continued to look at the example. Not only were they unable to do what I asked but they even used the WRONG COLOUR and said after the uv light it will dry the colour brighter. Worst experience of my LIFE. Never recommend to anyone.

0 STARS! one of the staff members to my very young sister. she is 9 years old. my sister tried to get her nails done for the first time with her friend, and she had a horrible experience, and came home crying.

I just had a Mother’s Day pedicure with my mom and my son. What a great experience for all 3 of us to share together. My son is 13 years old and I think it’s important for him to know how to take care of his body and the loved ones in his life. The girls at Venus were so accommodating and did a great job. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend.

This has always been my go to for getting my nails done. The staff is amazing and do very good work. I love getting french manicures with shellac and they always look amazing and I get a lot of compliments. Plus they last for a long period of time. Take my 2 youngest kiddos too and they always make them feel welcome and figure out ways to use the massage chair despite their small size.
