Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Both Fiona or Trish have been cutting my hair for years. They are both excellent in their profession and making the haircut visit go by quickly. Thumbs up to both of them and both are highly recommended!!

I really enjoy the cuts I get here. Fiona is fabulous. While she was away I tried others and was not nearly as satisfied. For a good, relaxing, professional cut, Fiona at Tommy Gun's is who you want to see.

Went in after 6 years of being homeless, my hair was a effing nightmare. The stylist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As well as welcoming and quite personable.My issue came with the receptionist, extremely rude. Yes I understand I may not look like your normal customer. But I was clean, didn’t smell and have worked very hard to attain my base level of human decency.When you comment behind someone’s back ( like they can’t hear you) people may not appreciate being treated like they aren’t human.I apologize that I came to get a hair cut, and didn’t have an appointment, for a walk in barber shop…… pretty safe it wasn’t going to be busy at 930 am on a Monday.Next time I’ll come in on a Saturday when you’re busy and you can explain in front of a room full of perspective clients why you’re receptionist is extremely rude and belittling to anyone.People are human and should be treated as such.

Not a terrible haircut, but you would hope for better considering they are charging minimum $40. It’s the only barber close to my house but I’m going to make the trip elsewhere from now on. Their “check in” style appointments are a joke. The last 3 times I’ve checked in it has given me a wait time and I show up 5-10 minutes before, but instead of 5-10 or even 20 minutes wait it’s 30-45 minutes. You might as well be first come first serve since you can’t keep appointments on track whatsoever. Today was the worst, I checked in at 4:45pm and was given a wait time of 79 mins. I arrived at 5:50pm expecting 30 mins wait time and immediately saw 50-70mins .. almost as long as when I checked in. Again, what’s the point of checking in if it doesn’t make a difference..

My second experience at Tommy Gun's was equally as amazing as my first. The meticulous process of fine lines and customer service was on point. I Went in to get a beard groom and was treated in a timely and proficient manner. The barber was polite and kept my face free from loose hair. Highly recommend.

I have been a Tommy Guns customer for years now. I’ve had great barbers throughout, but one specific person has matched my style and interests in hairstyles, which is Mitchell in South Edmonton Common. Now that I live in the Core of Edmonton Downtown, I would drive back to the South of Edmonton just to get my haircut with Mitchell. I’ve had great experiences with her haircut, and has made me elevate my everyday look. Working in a professional setting everyday, you always need to look sharp and neat. Mitchell always makes that happen every time I get my monthly haircut. There is no doubt with Mitchell customer service, as it’s always excellent and someone you can rely on. I am incredibly lucky to be a customer of Tommy Guns with Mitchell on your Team.

First time at tommy guns. Sammy cut my hair and she did an amazing job. Great conversations, relaxing scalp massage and very friendly. She’s a 10/10
