Very unprofessional. Set up an appointment with Katie Ekroth to sell our business. Katie is supposed to be their commercial realtor. Our meeting went well and she was supposed to get back to us in a couple of days. Days turned to weeks of us texting and calling her as she also had confidential information about our business. After a month of calling and texting her still no answer we were being ghosted. I can't understand why someone you want to pay for a service would do this. Finally fed up I went to the Remax office to see if I could talk to her but of course she was not there. I asked to speak with the owner or manager and was told that she is the manager. Take my advice and stay clear of this realtor if you ever want to sell any real-estate. Very frustrating!
