Love Love Love this place. The best wraps I have ever had. Takes a little long to get your order but worth the wait. The pepper sauce is to die for. They need to expand or open another location would love to see one in Mississauga.

Absolutely delicious! Catered their wraps for a birthday party and everyone was raving about them! The steak wrap is incredible! Love Lisa and Berto! Such a sweet couple who work their butts off to serve a massive lunch line almost on the daily! Give them some grace, it’s busy and you get fresh made to order food! Our wraps never got soggy & when we served them hours later again, we warmed them in the oven and they were amazing! Shout out to Anna!!!!

A friend of mine brought me here and I have to say it was the best steak wrap and pizza I’ve ever had. Amazing quality and incredible taste. I would give it a 5 star, but their hours and service make no sense what so ever. Arrived there at 1:30 on a Saturday and their hours are open to 3 but they turned us away because they wanted to go home. Figure that one out.

Hi there every time I go the staff Lisa and her husband are wonderful people they treat me like I’m part of their family they are wonderful people and the food is amazing I told everyone about this place don’t go anywhere else for wraps this is the place. 100/100 everything is great

Best wrap in the city, they've perfected the recipe and regardless of which meat you choose, it's full of perfectly cooked veg and is nicely grilled to finish. Recommend ordering ahead, this place gets very busy around lunchtime !

Amazing wraps and pizzas here! I love the fact that everything is made in house and it really shows. Must get the house made hot sauce which goes well with everything. I don’t give a lot of 5 stars out, but Osteria Berto deserves it!

The steak wraps here are some of the best in town. They use high-quality meat and they make it fresh just like a home cooked meal. I always come back here and it's always consistent.

Great quality and delicious wraps, staff are focused on getting the wraps made and are a little cold rather than warm on the customer service side, other wise hands down terrific place to enjoy freshly made hot of the grill wraps.

Every item listed on their menu is amazing! It is hard to find good food that leaves you salivating when it’s not in your hand. The staff is amazing, very clean spot, and use fresh top of the line ingredients. Whoever is complaining about the staff being rude, you try cooking food from scratch early in the morning and prepare everything fresh on a daily basis. Consistency is key, Give them a break! Also, the cheesecakes are phenomenal, cheesecake Jay told me about this spot and he’s right on the money. Keep it going Berto and Lisa!
