Absolutely fantastic shop to deal with. I live in Ireland and order online for presents for my daughter in Vancouver. The orders are filled and sent in a timely fashion. Nothing but good words to say about this shop.

Bought our wedding bands here online. Unfortunately they didn't quite fit. The shop could not have been more helpful, responsive and kind.In the end we actually ended up upgrading our rings because they had some beautiful items.

My experience with Artina‘s was fantastic. I asked for an item that was out of stock which was the owl silver bracelet by Carrie Matilpi. David from Artina‘s advised the bracelet can be made.I received my bracelet and I am very happy with the work done of the owl. Everything is a bit pricey but it was fun knowing everything was made local. We purchased a beautiful pair of earrings for my wife and they cleaned them before we left with them.

Purchased a Wolf Legend silver bangle online for delivery to my home in Scotland. Great customer service, arrive safely in gift box undamaged, well ahead of provisional delivery date. beautifully crafted and excellent quality. Will definitely purchase online again and look forward to visiting one of the stores when I’m next in Vancouver or Victoria.

I'm all about supporting local artisans but the service in this store blows other shops out of the window. I saw this lovely pair of earrings with my work colleague on a Saturday stroll back on Canada Day. Originally I was bummed that it's on a standard pair of hooks (I have unpierced earlobes) but the salesperson told me they can get Honica Zylstra to customize specialized clip on hardware which is the combination of clip and screws so they will stay affixed comfortably. I was not expecting the shop dealing directly with the designer!It was a no pressure transaction. I didn't have to pay up front and it took two phone calls for them to get me in because I was simply not in the area but they were super understanding. These gorgeous earrings are by far the most comfortable and sturdiest clip on pair I have ever owned. You definitely get what you pay for in service and quality; and they will go the extra mile to make it work. Definitely will return here for future jewelry adds.
