Karan is always so great and helps you out. Never had a problem with him ever. Very kind and caring.

Very bad experience at this location! Still waiting for upper management to respond back to a simple email because they feel the need not to pick up the phone and just call me. Being a manager myself I would never avoid calling a upset customer back to rectify a situation but I guess Scott is too busy hiding.

I'm very pleased with the process of getting my CPAP machine for my husband Andre. Karan was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was my first experience with CPAP machine and considering that everything was new for me, I had the chance to interact with Karan, RRT of Ontario Sleep Care - Brampton over phone and emails. Karan explained me the process with all my questions and I was convinced to avail services from this Center. I visited this Center yesterday and had the opportunity to meet Karan, who demonstrated my how and why questions of CPAP machines. He was excellent to explain the process in details. I strongly recommend this Center as they have great staff and friendly atmosphere. Now it is on me how well I follow the process. Karan assured the Center's full support through all the phases of getting used to this machine from a novice to being an advanced user. A company abusing the government credit for CPAP machines. They are capitalizing on the 75% reduction to the price by forcing people to add the paltinum premium package" warranty to their devices for an additional $300. No other option is available

Being diagnosed with sleep apnea, has been an eye opening experience and challenging to say the least. Luckily my sleep clinician Karan Sidhu has made the transition very comforting and informative, for me. He is very thorough, as he puts the patients needs first and for that, I am very grateful and most importantly, sleeping so much better!
