John Moruzi, from WebFire Designs, came into my clinic on July 28, 2015 to take pictures for my Google Street View and it was a very good experience! He took his time to explain what he was doing and how this can help to drive awareness and business to my clinic. He was also nice enough to give me some pointers on Google Plus and other other social media sites that can help to build my business!

John is professional, expedient, and has clear and thoughtful ideas on what works best, based on experience. He will tell you what is needed and deliver on his promises. I have used him several times for ongoing maintenance, full site changes and updates. I am really pleased with the results.

Proceed with caution. We were already clients for an established business when we contracted them to build a website for our start up. Failed to deliver our project on schedule after paying a hefty deposit many months prior to reserve our spot causing us to lose out on seasonal business. By the time a draft was ready, we had already missed our window for a meaningful launch to drive retail sales. We directed them to stop working on our project until further instruction only to then receive a collections account for an amount exceeding the balance outstanding for a completed project. After successfully defending a collections claim they initiated for work not completed, an aggressive and belligerent process server who turned out to be his wife arrived today and made a public display in front of our retail clients, causing further harm to our business.

John was great to work with, clear in our communications and took the time to provide guidance through the nuances of our websites design and SEO.
