Mac Solution
Used Colin at Mac Solution to set up my brand new Mac 10 years ago. It ran like a charm the whole time.When it did bog down last month due to lack of memory and a failing hardrive, Colin replaced hardrive and maxed out the ram which basically made it brand new for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. Great service, nice guy too.

My old Mac book died on me and I needed to transfer all my data to a new computer. Mac Solution was able to work with me over the phone to help me through the process and I was very happy with the service. I now have all my files on my new computer and am able to work from home again. They were super knowledgable and let me know all my options and helped choose the best choice for my needs. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond making sure everything on my mac was updated and operating well after the update on my previously slow MacBook pro. Its like I have a brand new computer again, so worth the investment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their computer.

Mac Solution offered fast and reliable service. Colin’s professional approach was much appreciated. Other than making the computer super fast he made mail work properly I had trouble with since Telus’ migration to Google and he set up all my other accounts. The computer is very efficient again. Above and beyond! He fixed the problem a previous repair company had made, explained the pros and cons of every option for all upgrades I could do and it felt like we were fixing all my computer problems one by one as a team! I wasn’t getting sold hard on things I didn’t need, and he thinks a wait and see approach is best for my specific situation. Great experience, don’t feel overwhelmed anymore, and finally can trust a computer person again :) best advice: “if a download promises your apple computer will run faster or better- it won’t, it can’t, and it’s malware”.

My MacBook was running really slow after upgrading the OS. Colin from Mac a solution backed it up and upgraded the ram and hard drive. Now it's incredibly fast and runs better than ever! He even spent time setting it up and ensured everything was running smoothly. Very reasonable rates for the service offered.

I called today to enquire as to what our options were for our old iMac. Colin spent 30 minutes on the phone letting me know what he could do for me as well as helping me shop online for a new and/or refurbished computer to replace it. He was extremely courteous, knowledgable, professional and generous with his time. He completed exceeded all expectations. I can't thank him enough for all of his support.
