CARSTAR is without a doubt the best place to take your car. Very professional, excellent work, and the staff is INCREDIBLE! Anna was amazing. genuinely kind, understanding, and her energy filled the entire room with good vibes (which is not something I would expect from an auto body shop)!! Diego made sure I knew exactly what was done with my car and it looks fantastic! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had with ease. They also assured all the parts used were brand new as my car is brand new as well! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

Carstar Cambridge works miracles! The front of my car was damaged in a hit and run and not only did I have my vehicle back in TWO DAYS but they did absolutely phenomenal work. Hats off to Carstar and their team!

This was by far the best customer service I have ever received! Anna was tremendously helpful and communicative throughout the entire process - any business would be lucky to have her as a team member!On top of this, they did amazing work on fixing my vehicle, making it look like it was never in an accident. Let me start by saying the lady at the front desk is very nice. They did try to rectify their mistakes. I took my Tundra there after a minor accident. They threw my license plates out, made me go get replacements (which they reimbursed me for but I don't really have time to waste like this), they had to replace a parking sensor afterwards but I got my truck back with a broken tailpipe, missing and loose bolts on my rear bumper and trailer hitch. Pretty unprofessional shop staff. Good thing the office has their stuff together. Too bad the office staff isn't taking care of the cars.

My brother Ahmed fixed his car there and was very happy so I decided to pick the same shop. Honestly great work, car looks better than before the accident (I hit a raccoon and my bumper was all banged up). The lady who was at the front desk was awesome when I first dropped off the car. Mike and the crew did great work and kept in touch the whole time to update me. I also want to thank Stu (hope I spelled that correctly) for walking me through everything and being so courteous!

I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish after being rear-ended while waiting at a traffic light. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the receptionist to the assessors and the persons who were in charge of the repairs. Thank you, Anna, Allan (who got me in earlier than expected due to a cancellation, Mike and Diego. I even got my car back before the estimated time. You were all awesome. My car looks great!.

Nice customer service, friendly staff, and even gives you advice on what to do with all the process. Fixed my rear bumper in couple days and it looked as good as new.

I wish i could give them zero stars if you want to save your time and your vehicle dont choose these frauds they will not listen to you only listen to insurance only fix half things bcoz they are related to insurance they fix things which are visible thats it doesn’t matter if your car is making loud noises from inside read this review before you go be careful guys

Highly recommend for auto repairs! I was recommended a few places from insurance and chose this one.Dropping off my car was well organized and little to no wait time. Picking up my car, went through a full review and repairs were outstanding. They even did an interior clean.Thank you for a great experience from an unfortunate situation. 5 stars!!!
