KONE Elevators & Escalators of Edmonton

This has nothing to do with working or dealing with this place, but with 1 1/2 stars listed under the reviews, doesn't look like a very good place to work or deal with. I am writing this review because of one of your employees/drivers at Kone that leaves Alberta Beach every day when my husband and I do. He tail gates even though we are going 10 over the posted speed limited, and once we are on highway 43, he speeds ahead of us and does around 30 over the speed limit (110 posted and he does around 140), even on the corner turning towards the yellowhead, which is posted at 60 and he does about 110. License Plate # CDY 2084. It would be nice if someone at Kone would address this as he is displaying your company on the truck!!!

2 months late on our building. Second elevator not running yet. First elevator out of service DAILY.

These guys suck. Unless theyre robbing my landlord, I don't know how this business could be making money when they take over half of a year to only renovate (not replace) 2 elevators. They often shut down both elevators, and I'm sick of being forced to take the stairs, only to find an employee sitting in the lobby drinking coffee when i get there. Also my rent has increased since they began repairs, except now the living situation is worse than before. I have literally found a new place to live because of this.

Rude and unprofessional employees. Would give 0 stars if possible.
