North Star Tai Chi

Don't waste your time trying to contact these folks to get more information. They outright refuse to answer basic questions. My mother who is retired and on a fixed income wanted to try Tai Chi but needed to know the cost per class or membership, and they absolutely will not tell us how much it is. They insist she comes for a trial class first before revealing even the most basic information, which tells me that it's probably overly expensive...but I can only guess that since they won't even give me a rough price range. Understandably, my mom doesn't want to waste everyone's time and doesn't feel comfortable going there for a trial only to find out that she can't afford it. I explained this to the owner and he will not budge. So yeah, maybe their Tai Chi is good...I don't know and will never find out because the customer service is so poor that we can't even get in the door with some basic info. My recommendation to the business is to be much more forthcoming and transparent with their clients. Keeping things secretive gives the impression that the owners are impossible to deal with and control freaks. Not a good vibe.
