Mr. Diego is very professional and helpful. He put my laptop in touch with the internet after it's fall from grace. Also, my surround sound Bluetooth speakers are now communicating with the sound bar. Reasonable fee too.

Stephane, Lead Technician at Tik Tok, is beyond GREAT, he is AWESOME. His family name translated to English is GOD, indeed he is when it comes to computers and every else related. He worked at my home for 5 hours to clean install my entire system and updated a new Lenovo laptop. Instillation problems with Windows 11 were quickly resolved.He is honest and extremely knowable. If your system needs to be repaired, ask for the Lead Technician Stephane.
