not bad, problem is after paying so much to to go western university and books, another 600 or so a year is not fair

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst school I’ve attended followed by an atrociously awful parking department

Of all the money hungry departments at Western, Western Parking takes the crown as the most greedy and unreasonable. Their already massive parking pass price have risen year on year, with service deteriorating to an astonishingly inept level as they oversell passes, meaning most times at most needed school hours (essentially any weekday after 9am), there's no spots for you to park anymore. Despite the obvious flaws of their system, they decide to instead invest the vast amounts of money they make on more parking enforcement rather than improving lot sizes (which would actually be helping students, but why would they care to do that?). Their parking infringement fees are beyond even what the City of London normally charges - even further taking advantage of already cash-strapped students. A truly despicable, greedy and incompetent department.

Money hungry

a family member has a parking pass. I require accessible parking (I have an Ontario handicap parking pass). Western parking wants me to buy another parking pass for the exact same vehicle. Ridicolous.Not granting me accessible parking puts me at risk of serious injury. Thanks a lot

Got ticketed for parking in a lot that I paid for (ikr right?) because they don't register your vehicle at the moment of transaction but rather hold your pass hostage until you sign off on your rights by agreeing to their unreasonable regulations document.

Worse customer service ever. Wish I could leave Zero stars. I called in to help my sister because western parking has been harassing her about multiple parking tickets. They have the wrong person but they don't care. I had asked to speak to the manager but Garett told me he was the manager. Yet I had found Alexis contact and inquired to speak with her. He said she was in a zoom meeting and didn't want to bother her. So I asked if he could pass along the message that I was trying to reach her. He told me to email her myself because he's not my secretary. Well Garrett, my sister shouldn't be doing your job with finding the correct person who obtained the parking tickets. I find this racially discriminatory. They have disrupted my sister's western student access due to these tickets. Just because the Asian names are the same, it doesn't mean you have the right person. Shame on western parking for being so money hungry and for not doing their jobs properly. My sister had just gotten into an accident and it's exam time. Garett alone has caused so much mental anguish to my sister. This is not right.

Got a parking ticket and was told if 15 minutes or less no charge.Lost my father in law and got my car stolen the same week.I told them i was in a very bad mental state and if they could accept my appeal to the ticket.No sympathy at all and they could care less.Western parking needs new people badly that aren't money hungry.
