Thank you to Hillsview dental for always I mean always being so incredible with our entire family. We’ve been here for 10 years and glad we made the move. My hygienist is hands down the best and the staff team are all so welcoming happy and accommodating. Make the move - you won’t regret it.

My family and I have been coming to Hillsview Dental for the last 12 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have seen us quickly in emergency situations, have consistently provided high quality care for cleanings and other services and have guided us with patience and knowledge of orthodontics. We have used almost ever service they have to offer and they have exceeded my expectations every time.

Dr. Diana Romero is an amazing dentist. She never takes shortcuts and pays attention to every detail. A true professional. All the staff at Hillsview Dental are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. Such a great dental office.

My experience with the receptionists, dental hygienists, dentists and orthodontist at Hillsview Dental has been exceptional and refreshing. The place is spotless and there’s not much of a wait to be seen. They are extremely patient and accommodating of our schedules and we never feel rushed. Our kids look forward to their appointments and we truly appreciate the entire team!

Dr Sonia Syed and Staff are great! They take great care of my needs and Dr Sonia explains everything she is doing which I really appreciate.I would highly recommend this team to everyone.

I was referred to Hillsview Dental Care by my Dentist. The first appointment was scheduled on the 20th of January 2023 and the specialist did not show up because he or she was stuck in traffic. We ended up rescheduling for the next month 17th Feb 2023 since the specialist is available only once a month.PLEASE NOTE: There is no compensation for the patient who has to take the day off to make time for the appointment. The patient's time being wasted waiting for a scheduled appointment is NOT IMPORTANT.I had to travel outside Canada during this timeframe due to a death in the family and I was not available for the appointment and did not have access to text messages on my phone. They sent me an email asking me to confirm my appointment on the 9th of February and I replied the same day stating clearly that I won't be able to make it and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. NO REPLY to the email.I call them back today (April 20th 2023) to reschedule my appointment and they schedule it for July 21st, yes three months down the line. They call me back leaving me a message telling me they are going to charge me $150 for a no-show for the Feb appointment because that is what is captured in their notes as a NO-SHOW.When I called them back, apparently the email that I had sent was not captured in the notes and it seems they got a confirmation from me which I never sent. The only way I can get the appointment is if I pay the $150.They were not ready to budge or accommodate or accept the oversight of missing the email on their side. The lady on the other side said she can cancel the appointment if I am not willing to pay $150. I said thank you, please cancel.I am not paying $150 for unprofessionalism and an oversight on their side. I expect a higher degree of professionalism and consideration to patients who are not able to make it due to family emergencies especially when the appointments are so far out and also because I have seen great professionalism and rescheduling accommodations from their sister office (Bronte Hill Dental Care). Extremely disappointed would not visit this place again, called my dentist to refer me to a different specialist and office.

Recently switched here. First new dentist I've had in my life so was rightfully a bit nervous. No need to be. The staff here is excellent, and the place is clean and professional. Both my hygienist (Fatima) and dentist (Diana) have been very reassuring and calming, which is great as I tend to be very nervous about going to the dentist.I feel like I'm in great hands and coming here was an excellent choice. Also so much more convenient than driving to Toronto to go to the dentist!
