Terrible customer service. There is also no available phone number to contact the office with, which I think is ridiculous. I’m not using the website to ask if they have a package in or not. Very poor system and if I wasn’t forced to use Canada post I never would

Very unreliable service. Over the last 18 months, they repeatedly lose my mail because they keep poor records. I have incurred $100s of late penalty fees on invoices because my mail is misdirected. I have been in their office several times in an effort to correct their error(s).The new mail carriers who are on contract continue to make the same mistake. Canada Post , especially at this location, cannot provide reliable service.For a year and a half, I have spent 4 to 6 hours trying to get my mail delivered correctly. Its still not fixed. First time I've seen people make an effort to put themselves out-of-business.

I tried to get postage for a small package bound for the U.S., today. Instead I was handed instructions, told to go back to my car and use my cell phone to obtain a QR code. Canada Post has a new time saving" system. I tried unsuccessfully 10 times on my phone & computer to no avail. Package is still on my desk. @#%$%$@"

Are they still delivering mail ??? I would say not wish i knew who to complain to there service is way beyond ridiculous.

Constant delays because the drivers don't know their own routes.
