Called up D & S services last week about replacing a shower faucet, Steven answered the phone and made an appointment for tues. Both Denis and Steven showed up at our cottage on time and they were all prepared with extra parts to complete the job in a timely fashion. They did an amazing job, they were very respectful and polite, they cleaned up the entire work area and left it spotless. Toilet line blew out in a few hours causing damage to walls and ceilings. No contact or compensation for repairs after they had verbally committed to do so when initially inspecting the damage.

We arrived at the cottage to discover a leak — Denis and Steve were on site in less than 30 minutes, fixed the problem quickly and effectively, and charged a fair and reasonable rate for their service! Denis and Steven opened up our cottage this year -- as they've done every year for over a decade. They turn on our water and make sure everything is running properly -- and it always is as they also close our cottage down for the season every year.I highly recommend D and S Services as they have been amazing to work with EVERY TIME we've used them.
