Skip to 3rd paragraph for the important matter.The service is okay, i mean, they're selling you sunglasses so it's pretty much a personal taste, no features to sell really.A little bit overpriced compared to online outlets but i had some gift cards and decided to treat myself and went ahead with the transaction.To my surprise, the salesman took the glasses that were on the floor, not new, but freaking DEMOS and was about to bag them for me when i asked him if he had any new pair of the same model in stock. He didn't looked please ( i was a bit rude too when i learned this is what they usually do with all customers ) but he did take the time for a new pair for me, and i really appreciated that.Hard to recommend this place with everything that's bad with it, but if you do go, make sure to request a new pair when you buy, not the floor demos. That is dishonest business. Day light robbery. You tell your customers when you're selling them demos, i don't care how well you handle them. Unacceptable for any business to not give a heads up about selling a demo.

WORST AND MOST RUDE employee. I went there to purchase a model of RayBan that I already knew I wanted. He gave me the used glasses from the exposition shelf. He said they did not have any other (of all RayBan glasses). COVID is still there, I am going to spend 260$ in sunglasses... the least we should ask is that they are brand new. I ended up buying them but I totally regret, I should have waited. I am very, very displeased with the service. I will never buy again to that store.

Where so I start. I ordered the D&G sunglasses that come with the visor. It was shipped without the visor apparently the visor was out of stock. How can you send the glasses without the visor not knowing it’s out of stock?? Then I go to a store and she tells me I need to do an exchange because online and store isn’t the same system. She tells me I’ll get refunded in 3-10 business days but I need to pay right now again 463$ !!! Honestly never again I should’ve listened to a few of my friends telling me how bad their service WAS AND STILL IS!!!!!

Avoid this Sunglass Hut. From the manager to his employees all are rude with bad attitude. I went there for a purchase 5 times. Each time I heard something different. One of them told us something and I told him your manager told us otherwise. He said that the manager did not know what he was talking about. The next day, we went and he repeated what his manager told us in the first place. What a hypocrite :).Apparently, they suffer from customer service quality as per other reviews.

I enjoyed my experience at the store this morning. The store associate was really patient and helpful in helping me find a good pair of glasses and adjust it to my liking. The selections were decent, considering that I was looking for a larger frame and these are limited out there.

I went in the store, the girl employee there didn’t even acknowledge me, not even a hello or a simple smile. She wasn’t interested to assist me, she’d rather close her store already at 5:30pm.

Weird service. Paper on the glass said be back in 30 mins" . Waited for an hour then a girl appeared! Wouldn't recommend anyone a visit! She doesn't know how to talk!"

You know when someone looks in your eyes and lie? Well, do not buy from this store unless you want to experience that!I bought a pair of sunglasses, literary tried them once or twice after at home and decided to return them. The policy is you can return them in 90 days as new, which I confirmed with the seller while buying them. The moment I said I want to return, the same guy, who I suppose is the store manager, said it is scratched and there is no way they can accept it, I asked him to show me the scratch and he was like “it is all over it, can’t you see it?” He was trying to get me to get another pair or store credit, saying that is my only option.Knowing there was nothing wrong with the sunglasses, I did not accept store credit because I did not want to buy anything from them again. I got the pair to another branch. They accepted to refund, were much politer and more patient. Above that, the store had more recent models and was much cleaner!BTW, the other store is like 5 min walk from this one. Go to 1242 St. Catherine. We ended up buying two pairs from them and really had fun shopping.

Super friendly and fun staff! Will definitely return to this branch in the future.

Went there to buy a 300$ pair of sunglasses and got the most rude service. Never coming back again
