I asked for a cup of water from this location, and I was told that I had to pay for it. Alejandro was the girl's name. Starbucks always offers free water so she was lying. Alejandro then questioned me about why I need water and didn't bring a water bottle. Like WTF?? Great service thats for sure... not. I've asked for water a few times, at this location, and at others, and it's never been an issue. So thanks to Alejandro, I didn't get water because I'm not paying for a free product.

Very poor customer service. Sunday Sept 18th at 2pm just a terrible grumpy girl. Snapped at 3 customers in a row. Also my daughter went there tonight after swimming and same thing. Brutal customer service. Was busy making herself a drink and ignoring the customers then they went to pay for a lemon loaf and they said sorry we are closed at 9:03. Rude!!! The worst location. If they would have not been ignoring them they could have ordered.

what a joke, businesses want you to support them but they nickel and dime you every chance. I asked for light ice in my drink and they actually charged me an extra 1.20. I'll stick with Tim hortons

I bought a refresher and two cake pops, they got my drink quick. But then I waited for 15 minutes and never received them. I asked the employees about it and they said I was lying. Do not reccomend

Been going to Starbucks for years. Always great staff and if there's ever an issue it's resolved with great customer service. This location is constantly staffed by rude individuals and our drinks are never full.b Whenever I bring this up I get an eye roll and sometimes an passive aggressive comment. Looking at recent reviews it seems like I am not alone.

May 9th, 840pm. Blatantly ignored by two employees, once we finally had someone take our order she was completely unfriendly. I understand no coffee brewed close to closing, but then I should probably only pay for a brewed coffee when they substitute an Americano.

Staff was chatting with a customer/ friend I waited patiently but they kept talking even though the employee saw me waiting to order.Walked away without ordering bad service cost the business revenue.

Asked for grande matcha tea latte and they filled the cup halfway and the rest with foam, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I’m paying for a grande, not 2 sips, so annoying
