I am subscribed to their Internet & TV Service. I needed to contact customer service a few times; they were able to resolve my issues quickly on each occasion. I've had no issues, or service disruption with either service and my bill is always the same every month, very happy with Teksavvy.

Living in rural New Brunswick I am not impressed with the strength of my wifi signal. Several apps don't work when I use my home wifi and I need to switch to my phone data. I have also had to buy an adapter for my little house so I can get a signal in more rooms (it's only 800 sq feet).

So far so good. For only having 2 devices running at most watching only YouTube on the phone or streaming shows on the smart tv, I don't think the 60mb package is necessary so I will be downgrading to the 45mb package.. Also I think buying the modem/router outright is cheaper? I'm not sure cause I'm still paying $13/month rent to own and it's been 7 months I believe.. so we'll see. But overall TekSavvy hasn't disappointed yet".. haha. 4.5/5"

You sent us a letter and ask about a feedback? Here it is.You didn't send us a TV-box we ordered, and after we sent a screen with the TV-box in our order you said you won't send it, that is why we called in November 2022 to cancel the TV-service and wrote 3 or 4 letters about it. And nothing. You still get money for service we do not use.We are feeling like hostages. And you doing like bandits. No any reaction and just some money for nothing. And we can not to change anything.You need more money? So be happy with it. We just waiting when our contract will end and we will forget it like a horrible dream.

After 9 years of a dreadful internet experience with another company, we hooked up with Teksavvy before the Fibre lines were even complete! So glad we did! I can now conduct business 100% more efficiently without losing signal, we can stream on more than 1 device without buffering, and we've been saving $50 a month! Totally recommend Teksavvy Fibre to everyone...

Garbage customer service, internet constantly goes down and they won't do anything to compensate you, despite being a customer for almost 10 years. If you need something fixed they have to go through Bell/Rogers but you can't just call them first, you have to go through the same song and dance with teksavvy first only to have to wait 2 hours for Bell to call you back. You're better off with Bell or Rogers for quicker customer service or a small company that is way cheaper that doesn't have customer service because teksavvy customer service is none existent anyways. Such a rip off, they used to be okay but they are total trash now.

Dealing with Teksavvy staff was great and the Internet service we receive is working well. Any problems we have had relate to Rogers staff being unwilling to assist an elderly person in hooking up the modem itself. They're most unwilling to be helpful and it was necessary for us to call on several family members to accomplish the feat. Once it was connected, everything was fine.
