We first dealt with Belliveau Ford in December of 2021 with Wayne and Tammy with my trade-in. They even delivered my 2021 F150 and took mine back. We were extremely happy with their prompt service, that we promised within a year or two we’ll be back for the wife’s vehicle upgrade. Well that came within 4 months as her vehicle unexpectedly died. We contacted Wayne looking for an Escape. They just happened to have a few new 2022’s come in. Wayne sent me pictures. Since the brand new cars are getting hard to keep on the car lots, my wife jumped on the opportunity to purchase it. Tammy was swift as usual on getting the financing and proper paperwork completed for us (warranties, etc). Wayne made the special 1 1/2 hr trip into the city, to personally deliver us the Escape. He just had to meet us since we have purchased two new vehicles from him within four months of each other.Customer service with Belliveau Fords was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommending to go to Belliveau Fords!

Great people to deal with ! Josie Macdonald was so helpful. right from our first contact she treated us like we were her most important customer. So different from dealing with a dealership in any big city. We made a 3 hour drive just to see the vehicle that we were interested in , no disappointment there. The deal was done in no time and we headed home, happy. All of the dealings that transpired with this dealership were very professional and in a timely manner. Will definitely consider dealing with them in the future !

Went to Belliveau Motors in Digby when I was searching for a hybrid. Josie treated me nicely. I was looking for new but she called me about a used vehicle that came in a few days later. Hybrid, low mileage, car/SUV in mint condition. Suited me perfectly. Everyone friendly. I felt very well treated. We don't need to go to the big city with outlets like this in SW Nova Scotia.
