If you want a bank that values your money, time and gives you good deals on a lot of products they have this is it. I've been with NBC for over 25 years now and they never disappointed me. If they make a mistake, they own up to it and pay the interest. Kyle is the man!

Probably one of the worst banks in Moncton. Every time you need to deal with a teller there is always an issue, very disorganized and incompetent staff. 90% of the staff are foreigners that severely lack qualifications, they're hired simply to fill diversity quotas. The worst part is all the foreign employees harbor resentment for native born Canadians and take it out on you in very petty ways. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK, if you can go to literally any other bank in Moncton, do it. This branch needs a major overhaul.

Terrible service was waiting to change a 20$ bill for 10 min while 3 employees where standing around a women ask me what I wanted I told her she whent to the guy behind me and started helping hem completely ignoring the fact I ask for help

The worse bank ever. 6 hours of working day, is that serious, cause working hours shows till 5 pm, I came at 4 pm and only 1 or 2 persons were there on the full start to go home and I didn’t get any help.
