I felt sore the next day. Maybe the RMT used too much pressure and I thought this was a good thing.But, rates are high. More than the Reasonable and Customary" rate for this service. Insurance cut the charge back by $30."

My 85 year old mother and I went for a hot stone massage and facials. Both were excellent...and we have done our fair share of spa's! My mother said Mary was the best therapist she has ever had.

Had a great massage from Jack today. My lower back had been bothering me for several weeks - very stiff. After the treatment, my back muscles were much looser, and no pain when I moved. What a relief! Stephanie the receptionist was friendly and organized!

I saw Priscilla for the first time today and she was more thorough assessing my chronic back pain than anybody I have ever seen before. I feel like we discovered the underlying cause of my back pain. Priscilla was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely be seeing her again. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with her.

My experience with this location has been fantastic. Friendly, punctual and always do their best to accommodate any requests. I can only speak to the RMTs that have treated me but I have terrible issues with my back and have seen many therapists over the years. Both Ali and Keshav have been exceptional and I would highly recommend both of them, particularly if you're looking for deep tissue/therapeutic massage.

I had my very first facial with Shirin Azar this weekend. The experience was over and above what I was expecting for my first visit and the customer service was outstanding. Shirin explained everything she was going to do so knew what was happened. She was professional, knowledgable and kind which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. For those of you who have never had a facial before like myself or have had one, you must see Shirin for your next appointment. My only regret was that I didnt come in sooner. I had a back facial provided by Aesthetician Colleen, at Hand and Stone, Appleby Line Burlington. She showed real good care in the service she provided. Was knowledgeable about the process, checked my back for any possible issues. Provided great feedback and suggestions. She Constantly checked on my comfort and well-being.I felt like I was at a spa on holiday when I was done. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend her.
