SPICE WORLD SUPERMARKET
I tried loads of different local supermarkets and then I had a revelation. SPICE WORLD has the best fruit and vegetables. It's like a dream come true. I've been going to SPICE WORLD for years now and I still find great produce. It's in Uptown, just a 10 minute drive from my home. I adore this place. The fruit and vegetables are gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly.

SPICE WORLD SUPERMARKET
Good collection of South Indian spices and vegetables but you have to be wary of the expiry dates. A lot of products they are selling were manufactured years ago and will expire soon.Also, they added an item to the bill that I didn’t purchase. Might be an one off incident but that’s why I’m rating 3 stars instead of 4.

Great place for Indian groceries especially for south Indians and srilanka grocery products. Lot of masala and snacks varieties. Cost also not much expensive compare than other indian grocery stores.

Lots of choices for south east asian food. South indian and srilankan. Some choices for north indian foods too. Vegetable prices are a bit steep. Very friendly , helpful staff.

A classic Indian supermarket in Canada: amazing smell, lots of unfamiliar stock on high shelves, very narrow aisles. My go-to place for rice and spices. They also have fruits and vegetables.

Visited the store today and surprisingly it is spacious. No more cramped lanes for Indian groceries and you know what's the best part, it's closer to my home lol. Ample parking space. Two cash counters would make lines move faster, vegetables are fresh and almost all Indian grocery items. Owner was friendly and was happy in taking notes of what extra we wanted so he could order for us. Where else will you get such warm service. This is my go to store from my on. Cheers.

Best place in ottawa until now to get vegetables. All indian vegetables and some of the Leafy greens are available in this location. Only one drawback, they do not have atta. There are plenty of rice and lentils available. They take advance orders for food, fish, and meat.

Waited in the queue for 25 minutes just for billing, I don't know what that person was doing with just one customer. He has to respect his customers time atleast as they are visiting in that store, but no he want to take his own time.I left the things and came out of the store.Don't want to waste money on that stupid store. I value my own money and time.

Great place, huge selection of spices, pulses and rice. Produce is fresh and priced well, staff helpful and very kind.Much better than SobeyS, Food Basics, etc...बहुत अच्छा!
