Very excited for the new Lynn Valley location as it's a great opportunity for kids to learn not only martial arts but also life skills.I have been fortunate to be a part of Tiger's Eye since I was 7 years old. When I started karate I was a kid who would barely listen, focus or be serious in class and I gave my instructors a very hard time for multiple years. But after personally dealing with bullying, insecurity and depression, Tiger's Eye was there for me and was an opportunity to work on myself mentally and physically through karate.Through my instructors believing, not giving up on me and always pushing me to be my best, I gained massive confidence, discipline and learned many important life lessons and values that I still carry with me 15 years later.I eventually went on to represent Canada in karate on the world stage, and make many invaluable connections across Canada and around the world.

Excellent staff and teacher, would recommend to anyone looking to learn karate, self defence and improve their confidence and discipline.
