When my fiancé (now husband) and I got engaged, we knew that a wedding planner was something we needed. At the time, I was a full time immunology student who was studying for the mcat exam, and working as an independent biology researcher. Due to my busy lifestyle and my ADHD, I understood the difficulties I would have planning our wedding in the Canadian Rockies with our entire guest list living in other parts of Canada or globally. I connected quite quickly with Ashley and when COVID-19 changed our world, Ashley was with us every step of the way. There was constant changes with our wedding including our dates and budget. With changes in venues, florals, and so much more, Ashley dealt directly with all of the vendors. She would spend hours with me on the phone and gave me her professional advice when I needed it. She looked at my Pinterest boards and talked me through some hard decisions we had to make because of the pandemic. On October 30th 2021, my wedding day, Ashley made sure that any issues that occurred happened without me noticing. There was an issue with the cake at 3am the night before. Ashley was able to resolve the issue in that short time and to my surprise at the reception sat a cake designed exactly like the one on my Pinterest board. The venue came up to me on our wedding day and told me they could not find our deposit, and before I could turn into bridezilla Ashley handled everything! Our wedding turned out so smoothly and in all honestly, I whole heartily believe that it was Ashley who made that happen. I received so many compliments on how lovely our wedding was and I kept saying, “it was Ashley… it was my wedding planner”.The day after our wedding, I met with Ashley and told her that I understood our professional relationship has come to an end, yet because we have stayed connected for so many years trying to plan my wedding, I can’t help but feel that I am losing a friend. She agreed and what once started as a professional agreement between a bride-to-be and a well organized and professional wedding planner, turned into a friendship that I will cherish for the rest of my life. We still stay connected to this day.I am giving Ashley a 5 star review, not because of our friendship, but because my wedding day turned out so beautifully and was the best day of my life in a moment in time that will go down in history known as unprecedented times. If you are like me, and do not want to be overwhelmed during the planning of your big day, please take the time to consider hiring Ashley as your wedding planner. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I hired Ashley as our wedding planner and it was one of - if not the best - decision we made when planning our wedding. Ashley has over ten years of experience as a wedding planner in the Canmore/Banff area and it really shows! Ashley was able to introduce us to trusted high-quality vendors, who helped make our day special and bring our vision to life.Our day was so beautiful and we know that was largely thanks to Ashley. we absolutely loved having Ashley as our wedding planner. we were married in 2021 and even now when people ask where we found value in spending money on our wedding, we always say that hiring Ashley as our planner + decor and design coordinator was one of THE BEST decisions we made. we didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day - Ashley took care of everything. she made sure that even the smallest detail, like the fold of a napkin, was completely perfect. she is extremely detail oriented and knows her venues and vendors inside out & backwards.not only did Ashley make our wedding vision come to life, but she helped us completely reschedule and rebook everything when out original 2020 date was derailed by covid. we truly would not have had the wedding we wanted if we weren't working with her. if google would let me give her 10 stars, I would. 100? yes, that too. if you are thinking about booking her for your wedding, stop thinking and book her right now.I found Ashley one instagram searching Alberta Rocky Mountain wedding hashtags. we had an initial meeting phone call (we are from toronto!) and I knew right away that I would trust her to make our wedding dreams come to life. now, we are travelling back to the Canmore area 2 years later with our baby and still planning to meet up with her. whenever we think back on our wedding and look at the photos, it is evident just how much work Ashley did.

Without Ashley's help we would have been SO lost! She helped us plan our simple & intimate wedding this summer (July 2021). She gave us our options for vendors and locations to look at and choose from, once we made the decisions she took care of the rest. We had an intimate ceremony at Rundleview parkette and a dinner at Murrieta's (also highly recommend). We were able to fully enjoy our day while Ashley ran around all day taking care of all the details. We really couldn't have done it without you Ashley! She made our reception space beautiful even with our minimal decor. She went above and beyond by letting us borrow her speaker for the night. Ashley was excellent as a day-of coordinator. I feel fortunate to have had her expertise during our wedding day. She provided us with awesome vendor referrals.All of the vendors I connected with on my wedding day commented on what a chill bride I was. This was because of Ashley! She made sure that all the vendors were in the loop about the timeline for the day. She took care of all the set up of the reception room, coordinated a separate vendor and rentals for the ceremony site. Met with us the day before to complete the rehearsal so we could ease our concerns and ask any questions before the day of.ALL of my guests commented what a perfect day it was and this was a lot to do with Ashley. I have some great planner friends that were impressed by Ashley’s efficiency.

If you want to have an amazing wedding, a relatively stress-free wedding, a wedding full of backups and contingencies, a wedding where everything runs smoothly on the day - hire Ashley. We were originally thinking of not going with a wedding planner, but we decided to sit down with her to get an idea of what she did. She earned our trust immediately, and we are really glad we decided to work with her.Ashley knows what's best around the mountains. Vendors, venues, dates, times, weather, etc. She has a lot of experience to share to set you up for success on the big day. She also handles just about everything, she bears the brunt of the negotiations, stress, management, and communication. I think the thing I liked most about Ashley is that she was on our side the whole time. She isn't working to make vendors or venues happy, she is working to make YOU happy. She is honest and she has your back.Because of the pandemic, Ashley essentially had to plan our wedding THREE TIMES! Not once did she complain, give up, or ask for more compensation. That should tell you a lot about the kind of person she is.Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We could not recommend Ashley enough.

Ashley was amazing leading up to the wedding and especially the day of. I wanted to make sure I enjoyed my wedding day and was not stressed out. From making a great itinerary of the day to helping with decor, Ashley was a life saver. I appreciate all her help and recommendations when it came to flowers, decor, timing, and all the little things you don't really think about. The wedding went very smoothly and if something did happen, it was not noticed which was great! We were on time and everything went smoothly. Ashley was incredible for our destination wedding. Her communication was excellent. The vendors she helped us select were all outstanding from the DJ to the food to flowers to the tables. She took care of everything and made our part easy. The wedding was perfect because she made sure it would be. We couldn't have been more pleased.

We hired Ashley in February 2021 to plan our Banff wedding with 150 guests in September 2021. Ashley planned our entire wedding on a tight timeline, including: budgeting, venue selection, menu creation, vendor selection, décor and design, fittings and trials, and wedding day coordination.Working with Ashley, we appreciated her talent, experience, vendor and venue relationships, work-ethic and demeanor.
