The store is definitely understaffed. I waited 15min for the first person to help me have my size and she came back with the wrong shoes without telling me anything. I discovered when i opened the box. Then 15min again to have someone else helping me just to get the right pair of shoes and finally ended up running after someone to have the right size. 45min in total in this shop. What a waste of time.

Very unfriendly sales staff. They seem like they couldn’t care less to help you. When you are finally able to ask someone to help you, it feels like you are bothering them because they are busy on their phones. This place needs either better training or hire staff who at the very least smile. Not a very enjoyable experience.

Got great service from Nickolai in the shoes department. He was very knowledgeable on running, and helped me find exactly what I needed! This store has a large selection downtown and the largest selection of shoes for activity in the area.

Horrible shopping experience. Winter jackets are locked, and for every single one you want to try on, need to find some hard to find clerk, and so on. Like I said, horrible. Google asked how was Sport Expert, not me expecting anything from a review.

3 floors. Spacious layout, great service and amazing selection. You'll find whatever you're looking for. Best sports experts location!Only negative is parking. Being downtown, parking is never easy to find. It would be fantastic if they had their own parking structure for their clientele.
