This is the second time I've worked with Joe, first on my initial mortgage and then again with the renewal. Both experiences have been great and I will definitely use him again the next time I need a mortgage/renewal!

Joe went to great lengths to help me out under a very short deadline with no chance of an extension. I felt very confused and anxious about the whole thing until Joe explained a few things to me. I felt like I could go to Joe with any questions I had since I am a first time home buyer. He was very understanding and certainly knows what he is talking about. I understand things a lot better now and I wouldn't have without his help. I would suggest his services to anyone who is looking to buy, he's got tonnes of knowledge about the processes you must go through, he's absolutely great and really does care!!
