Nakusp Municipal Beach
Great beach. Nice views. Nice to see the lake with a log boom and a dock. It’s quiet also. The only down fall is rocky bottoms and the water freezes your $&@ * off.

Bathrooms closed in Nov. Water was really low. Felt like 1km to reach the water. Was hoping for more snow coming through this time of the year.

Beautiful Nakusp. Good, clean and very large beach. Nice lakefront walk with gorgeous gardens, picnic site and playground across from beach. Amazing!

Nakusp Municipal Beach
Enjoyed a great afternoon at this beautiful sandy beach. The water was quite chilly and you can warm up by making your way to the swim platform. It was not overcrowded and the park also offers trees and shade with picnic tables.

Lovely, well maintained park with gravely beach and clean toilet. Train display has better maintenance than Revelstoke's museum. A good place for a stop.

Breathtaking views for this time of year (October) and so quite and peaceful commpared to what it must be in the warmer season. Such a clean beach as well.

One of my favorite spots in all the kootenay also kayak and paddle board rentals right beside beach, great equipment and staff Wet Willys is a must go to , to get out on the water !!

A beautiful little beach with stunning views of the surrounding mountains! Get there early enough on a not-too-hot day, and you can have the whole beach to yourself!

Amazing beach! The water is cold but that doesn't matter. Great views, wonderful beach that gets sun all day long and has plenty of shade under trees when you need it. Picnic tables and a great vegan food truck for lunch. Lovely!
