It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Suzzane is incredible to work with and really provided me with the tools to be successful. Although there was always a goal in mind, Suzzane helped me achieve so much more on a personal level. To really ask yourself the difficult questions and draw from your life experience has made me a better person and more confident with who I am. The two interview coaching sessions that I had with Suzanne were invaluable to my being hired as a career firefighter and it's doubtless that I couldn't have done it without her mentorship. Suzanne teaches her clients to understand why an interview panel asks the questions that they do, how to give well rounded answers based on what the panel wants to know, how to give answers organization and structure and most importantly to be relaxed and vulnerable in the interview. She taught me to take different approaches to all aspects of the interview that I never would have thought of and gave me extremely helpful feedback that paid off on interview day. I would and I do recommend her to anyone and I can't thank her enough for what she taught me.

Suzanne is one of the most kind, motivating, and caring people I’ve ever met. During our time together, I had completed over 4 interviews for police agencies. After each interview I would receive great feedback from the recruiters, and I highly contribute this to working with Suzanne. She would always make time to help, regardless of how short notice she had. Additionally, Suzanne is extremely caring. She would make sure to message me after each interview to see how I would do and would share the same excitement I had!
