Kona's Baby Boutique

My husband and I visited this store shortly after it opened and all we thought was “we wish this existed when we had a newborn”... we spent so much money as all parents do on cribs strollers carriers swaddles etc etc and I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service at all the stores we purchased from. I felt I had no choice - but this store is the opposite. The owner is personable and attentive and kind. She’s become a part of the Olympic village community and I think it’s important to spend our money not only at small businesses but with owners and people who are doing good. Asides from the service and genuine care at the store the products are so well curated, tons of local products, and the BEST Jellycat collection in the city. My son is obsessed.

A very cute baby store tucked in the corner of Manitoba and west 1st. It definitely catches your eye as your walking and can see the nice open displays making you want to check in what's inside of the store.We were welcomed with super friendly staff and with very safe covid protocols. Masks and hand sanitizer before entry.Large focus on Canadian and local products which is great. There are definitely items that you wouldn't be able to find in more larger retail stores.Cost wise , all very reasonable and of course comes with the great service.Would highly recommend coming here for gifts and looking at gift ideas for young families.Bought rare jellycat stuffed animals and looking at the 100%UV protection sunglasses (Canadian product)

Cute stuff but was told when purchasing that I had 7 days to return merchandise. I went to return an item and it’s actually 7 days for a store credit.

This is my favourite baby store in the city.Tons of stock, friendly staff, great location.The owner is very helpful.A great spot for baby gifts or a treat for your own baby! All purchases come nicely packaged.I bought a high chair and they delivered to my door for free!Highly recommend

Beautiful little boutique with adorable and unique (imo anyway) baby items and toys.

This is such a great baby store, with fantastic service and selection. I came here for a gift for my coworkers baby and got the cutest outfit, hat and stuffy. I LOVE that the store is open late (and it's open early too)- most other baby stores in the city close at 5pm which makes it impossible to get to after work. So happy I found this place.

The exterior is very inviting and the inside was also remarkable. The staff were super friendly and greeted us with their genuine smiles, you'll feel very welcome here. You will find a lot of alternatives to your needs and the baby dresses were so pretty, I would like to buy many for my niece. It absolutely has every baby product you will ever need.

Amazing customer service! Our 2 year old son’s favourite teddy bear was lost on an outing with a caregiver and he was devastated. We discovered it was from Kona’s Baby Boutique and ran over there after he went to bed to see if we could find a replacement in stock. The lovely woman working not only made sure it was pulled from their storage facility so we could have it the next day but the manager also offered to deliver it that night if our son couldn’t sleep without out. So sweet! We’ve had great interactions with staff every time we’ve shopped here.
