Super nice staff, very comprehensive, they didn't rushed me. The place was super clean and the pets seemed to be so relaxed

Guy i spoke to seemed really helpful.

Very nice building with adequate space for the cats. However they were not well taken care of.There were at least 3-4 employees in the building sitting around chatting and not working.The litter boxes were dirty, the water bowls were full of fur and the cats were all matted. Very sad. A few minutes of work could make their quality of life much better.

called to inquire about dropping off a cat (which is a pretty heartbreaking experience) & they explained that they don't take cats from people who don't live in valleyfield. Tried to call back a few moments later to ask more questions, and no one picked up the phone. This happened a few more times, then they started Declining Calls. When we arrived at the building to ask our unanswered questions, there were 3 employees all just chatting and sitting at the front desk doing absolutely nothing.We were re-directed to the SPCA in Beauharnois and the lady there was extremely kind and sympathetic. She listened to our situation and told us that because we don't LIVE in beauharnois, there'd simply be a fee to pay for dropping off our cat because THEY ACCEPT. ALL. PETS. like an spca should.

They are not there to take care of the animals they are their only for the money

So many years I haven't been there everything was outdated, just never called me (number never changed) I don't understand... like 2hours... I looked for my dog one hour and by the time I was looking they had my dog and I could have had my dog ... instead it was closed and they charged me overnight almost looks like it's a money grab... but atleast dog was taken care of, just dog is use to sleeping in my bed.

Adopted my cat from them. Now I need an appointment through them to have my cat fixed. I tried calling several times, left 3 voicemails over a period of two weeks, never heard back from them. I messaged them on Facebook because I couldn't find an email. They read my message and didn't answer. Not impressed. My cat meows all night long and I mentioned it to them that we cannot sleep properly and that he needs to be fixed asap. Still nothing...

I adopted my amazing cat here. The staff was very helpful and didn't rush the process. I appreciated their knowledge and transparency about all of their policies.Her name was Patty, at the shelter, but she has since been renamed Goose.
