Extremely unprofessional company. One of their drivers blocked a residential entrance while getting food inside a restaurant. He never apologized.The company refuses to acknowledge this extremely unprofessional behavior, and are covering up for their employees.

On more than one occasion the driver has been rude to me and to my elderly mother because of using the debit card to pay (i guess we weren't going far enough for them to justify paying interact fee?) Whatever the reason it's no excuse to be disrespectful.

Arranged a pickup from NDG to the airport for 3am. The dispatcher that took our info thought it was 3:45. We were waiting outside our house for the cab to arrive. Fortunately we were able to reach the cabbie who was supposed to pick us up and we only lost 15minutes. Cab driver was very apologetic and super helpful. Turned our to be a pleasant experience.

They are reliable, however, their customer service sucks! Very rude over the phone and impatient, there's no alert system as to confirm the ride or tell you when the ride arrives.I would use them again and just suck up their customer service unpleasant behavior.

This is the worst experience and most insulting customer service ever received. On Wednesday May 24 at 7:45pm I called to make a reservation for a taxi, after sending an email to their info@ email address without a response. The man who answered the call hung up on me twice, the second time after asking me to call back another day to make a reservation. Without explanation, he just hung up on me. I have never experienced such disgusting behaviour from a company. If you can use another taxi company, do that.. This one has zero respect for their customers and should not be supported. Totally unnecessary.

I called a taxi for my mother and the dispatcher was extremely rude. The driver was not quite so bad, but stil veryl rude. It seems like only older people still use taxis instead of Uber, so they could at least show a little bit of patience and politeness to keep the few customers they have left. But nope. I will not be calling them again. This was a good reminder why I always use Uber.

I ordered a taxi the night before to get to the airport at 5 am. They booked it no problem. I called back to push the time, again not a problem. The dispatcher was helpful, friendly and efficient. The driver showed up on time, was so nice, called me to let me know he arrived, and the price was absolutely fair. Uber was going to charge 2x the price. Definitely opting for Atlas again.
