I visited this Wendy’s during my trip to Niagara Falls in Late August/Early Sept. 2022. We decided to stop for a quick meal. This Wendy’s is located next to one of the major arcades and not too far from the falls. Although the restaurant was crowded, we didn’t have to wait long place or receive our order. Because the food is made to order some may think it’s a long wait time. Also, keep in mind many businesses are short staffed. There are plenty of tables and restaurants located at the restaurant. By the time you receive your food order someone is finishing up their meal and a table is available. The restaurant was clean, I appreciated there was a staff member going around to clean off tables. There is a beverage machine located closer to the seating area which gives you the option to choose which ever beverage you like. What I like most about this location is the food is made to order it’s fresh. It’s not like the US where food is already prepared and sitting out. We could also taste the difference in our food, this is a good thing. It was really delicious, there was no fat on the chicken either. We did try poutine from here but I think we should have just gone to a local shop to try it instead as we didn’t care for it to much. Certain parts of the dining area near the windows you have a beautiful view of Clifton Hills. You aren’t really able to see the falls because of the trees blocking but it’s still a beautiful view. The restrooms or washrooms as they call it were also really clean. I defiantly recommend trying this Wendy’s the food is great, the staff was friendly, and it’s also a frugal option.

Good service! Even though it was very busy, the staff still managed to provide my family better service than any other restaurant we’ve been to… Will be coming back again!

We were visiting the Falls and got hungry. We walked up three hill and saw Wendy's next to the arcade. There was a bit of a line, but we were soon ordering. We all ordered what we wanted and then went to sit down. There were no clean tables so we are at a raised counter. The drink station was a disaster and there floor was sticky. I bet it had been hours since the washrooms were cleaned. Not all Wendy's are this bad, but with lack of staff, this one was a disgrace. The food was barely mediocre and they packed our order so the burgers were cold. The missing drink and kid's you earned this low rate. There are way too many places to eat for me to try these guys again.I can't recommend this establishment.

Lol if you want proof how dumb the average person is just sit in here n watch the other customers try to operate a simple soda machine. I go here on my lunchbreak. Clifton hills is nuts in general, high prices n long lines. But here iv actually gotten my food fast enough that i still had time to eat it, i rarely get a drink tho, its self serve and people are idiots. Drink machine = line the longest lineup in the store usually.

Posting here since Wendy's corporate can't be bothered to reply to my complaint.On June 5, 2023, I purchased a carton of milk for my 1-year-old baby to drink before going to bed. After my baby consumed almost the entire carton of milk we realized the milk was spoiled despite having an expiration date of June 13, 2023.It is evident that the milk was improperly stored and handled before being sold. The milk was likely left out for a long time and subsequently returned to the refrigerator prior to selling. This raises serious concerns about the quality control and food safety protocols in place at your Clifton Hills location.Unfortunately, due to this oversight on Wendy's part, my baby has suffered from foodborne illness symptoms, including persistent pain and diarrhea, over the next few days. This distressing situation has caused significant distress and concern for my family.

Never have I enjoyed ordering food so much at a fast food place! Victoria made me laugh so hard when placing my order and blew my taste buds away. I asked about about a spicy burger and she DID not disappoint me when she told me she could have it customized! Extremely happy

I had a great experience at this Wendy's. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. The food was fresh, surprisingly tasty, and just what I was craving. Plus, the restaurant was actually clean and well-maintained. Definitely a solid choice for a satisfying and convenient meal!

This is one of my favorite places to have a meal (fast food). THE VIEW IS AMAZING!! You can sit in the front part and enjoy the falls view. It's next to the arcade place, the menu is great, the prices are fair. One thing I don't like is that the staff is frequently moody and its understandable because they are providing service to way many people. Cleaning could be improved, too.

Great clean restaurant. Kids opted for a frosty and the staff serving us were very friendly. I'd probably try out their food next time I'm in town! The prices were also reasonable
