Great company to deal with. Very helpful and accommodating with my DIY project. We were very impressed with the entire Kuby team’s work ethic; they were all so professional, from our communications with Adam - who would respond to our calls and emails at all hours of day and night, thoroughly answering our unending questions and spending so much time explaining the science and background to us - to Shjon who ensured the whole project was completed to our standards. They were able to surpass my perfectionist husband’s high expectations.We had gotten three quotes and chose to go with Kuby after Adam “sharpened his pencil” to give us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Kuby also worked with us to figure out the best way to hook up the backup generator that we wanted set up at the same time.The crew of three electricians worked so hard and all had great attitudes; they were all great with our kids too. They were keen and energetic, travelling hundreds of kilometres for the 3 days it took to complete the project in our rural, remote BC coastal town. When they needed some parts that weren’t locally available, they were so dedicated that they drove hundreds of kilometres overnight to meet Adam (who also drove hundreds of kilometres) to get the parts needed to complete the project on time. Kuby took care of everything necessary to set up our net metering with BC Hydro, and we now enjoy keeping track of our energy production and CO2 savings on the phone app as well as watching our BC Hydro bill drop to $13.Diligent, professional, meticulous, hard-working, and kind. We highly recommend Kuby Energy to anyone who is eager to undertake a solar power project.

We were rebuilding our house in Kamloops after a fire and decided to install a solar system. We got 2 estimates from 2 different solar companies. The bids were basically the same as each other. We decided to go with Kuby Renewable Energy because Adam the sales rep. was very knowledgeable and Kuby had very good Google reviews from the many large projects that they had done in Alberta, where they are originally based. They now have warehouse/ office setup in Kamloops. They also use high quality panels and inverters. The electricians and install crew were really experienced and finished the 38 panels in 2 days. Kuby also set up the net metering account with BC Hydro, we did not need to do anything. Their electricians worked together seamlessly with our main electrical contractor to prewire the house to receive the panels. Our main electrical panel needed to be changed to a larger one, as we had quite a large system installed. Kuby then set up our internet monitoring account. We can check the status of every panel and check the production 24/7. Had a few questions after the install, and Adam would get back to us right away with the correct answers. We are very happy with the job that Kuby did and would recommend them 100%. Our system is generating a lot of energy and our last bill was only $25.00 as opposed to the average bill of around $500.00 Duncan Kamloops

They installed a back up energy system with a power wall. It has worked flawlessly for the last couple of years. My 90 year old parents in law live in our suite and have never notice when we have had outages in Sun Peaks. Highly recommend Kuby energy for you off grid/ alternative power requirements. We are hoping to have them install a solar system collection/energy solution on our daughters farm in Salmon Arm.
