Efficient and pleasant atmosphere. I have been a patient since I moved to the Comox Valley, for either dental work or teeth cleaning. Always awesome. Never disappointed, quite the opposite. Great work all around.

I have been to dentists all over Canada. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. They have the friendliest staff and best customer service. I highly recommend Comox High Tide Dental.

I've been to High Tide Dental several times over the past few months to rectify a coupe of outstanding dental issues. They've been consistently courteous, timely and professional. One time when a temporary crown came out they had me back in under 24 hours to fix it and didn't charge me. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Buck is the absolute best! After 2 years of going to a different dentist with tooth pain and no resolution he diagnosed my problem in about 5 minutes - took a photo of my severely cracked tooth and was able to give me solutions immediately. Colette at the front desk made my appointment for repair in fast order. The best was when I attended for my repair appointment I was somewhat apprehensive both Dr. Buck and his assistant listened to my fears... allayed them in short order and left me feeling at ease and knowing I was in good hands. The appointment went according to plan and because it was a Friday Dr. Buck assured he would call the following day to ensure all was well - I probably shouldn't have been surprised ( but it was a pleasant surprise) when he did. The entire team at High Tide is above and beyond amazing...caring and compassionate...I wish I had found them sooner and have to credit the Endo-Perio group with the recommendation. Will 100% recommend Dr. Buck and the High Tide team...my teeth and dental needs are in the best hands ever

The staff are very friendly and welcoming which is always a sign they like where they work and the people they work with. The booking process is easy; they (front admin) are prompt with follow up calls if you leave a message; they (dental hygenists and Drs) explain every part of the process; the work is thorough, they listen to your concerns and I've never had to wait in the waiting room long.

My appointment was booked within 2 days as a first time patient as I was experiencing discomfort. I appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff and particularly appreciated Dr Buck’s attention to detail, clear explanation of my issue and attitude to serve what was in my best interest not what would make him the most money. Thank you so much.

This is an excellent dental office. We took our two kids, 2 and 5 and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tanya was so patient and really took her time with the kids to make sure they were comfortable. For myself, Jessica was also so kind and friendly. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. We’ll be going back for sure!

This is a 10 Star practice. The staff are efficient and super friendly. Even in this crazy Covid climate they make you feel very comfortable and safe. Dr. Wall treats you like a close family member and you never feel like you are being rushed or left waiting. Highly recommended.
