I echo the sentiment around the rude receptionist who cuts you off and interrupts and keeps trying to talk over you, and when you don't let her, she says that she doesn't have to listen to what you have to say. Dr. Jany is a dismissive, arrogant, misogynistic man! That is all.Edited to reply: no I’m not a patient but my elderly parents are. You don’t listen to what an older woman has to say or her questions. Nor did you care one bit that they were sitting there scared and worried. I wish that how you’re paid depends on patient experience then maybe you would care about such a thing!

Not recommended. My husband saw him for 8 years but when he really needed him he was unavailable. He had not communicated with Oncology on my husbands lung condition. I had had to take it upon myself to get my husband into the COPD clinic.When my husband was in the hospital, Dr. Jany came into the room and had not even reviewed his chart. My sister is now seeing him and I am definitely not impressed which her car.

Receptionist is very rude, argumentative and aggressive when you try to relay what recommendations another physician has given. She got very confrontational and went as far as calling other physicians 'unprofessional', among other things. As i tried to explain myself, she wouldn't allow me to get a word in, so i ended up hanging up the phone. Definitely going to see if there's a different doctor in the area i can be referred to. If you hate your job and people that much, work somewhere else.
