IRIS DAY SPA (White Rock Location)

$50 sounds cheap for a 1 hour massage but you get what you pay for. Very unsatisfied with massage. She was on phone part of time. Massaged only back of body. Wasn't relaxingWon't be going back.

I had a terrible massage here. The woman was standing on my back with bare feet and was straddling me and sitting on my back. I found it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had asked for a deep tissue massage and most of the massage I was being stretched out, stood on and lightly stocked. I left a 10% tip because I was very dissatisfied with my service and the lady began to yell at me about the tip percentage. It left me feeling very verbally abused and attacked. I do not recommend going to this spa for any services.

It is a small and unassuming place. You may in fact mistake it for one of those disreputable Asian massage places. But that is not the case. I have problems with a rib that slips out of my back and I got very good treatment on it by a tall young woman named Doris. The massage was incredible. It was not as mechanical and brutal as your typical rmt massage nor was it the oddly sensual massage you get in some of the Asian places. I don't think I've had anyone give me that good of a massage in a long time and I get one at least once a month. Also, the prices are very good. I have paid a couple of hundred dollars for a massage that wasn't as good as the one Doris gave. And they charged me $63 for 90 minutes.

Stay away, nothing about this place screams spa, and there's so many things wrong about this place. Very unprofessional service, was asked to hurry" 3 mins into getting in the room. There was no air conditioning. The ambiance was not relaxing at all. And worst of all

I visited today for massage 2 pm my appointment. My experience very bad I Recommend please don’t waste your money she don’t know about massage job and Rude she asked tips and after she said to me go go go go go go go very bad experience don’t go please this is worse location…

I would like to know if there is a manager or an owner who speaks English with whom I can speak . After a very rude experience I asked to speak to the manager and everybody went blank and startled. I was not given a name or a contact and ushered to the door as fast as possible.If you are reading this . Please respond.

My reservation wasn't in their system. Luckily (so I had thought) there was a cancellation and someone took me. She kept texting at first while sort of massaging with one hand. The communication felt cold and so I just gave up. I wasn't happy so I tipped the bare minimum. She demanded more.

Really bad massage , they are liars .. they are not good , don’t go to their white rock location … very very very bad service.. i will give them big zero.. very very bad …They do not know how to do massageThey don’t even deserve 1 starBIG ZERO

Worth every minute of it. Mia was wonderful. She really cared about me having a good experience. She asked often about the pressure. She DIDN'T access her phone during the session. She was very sweet and thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Mia.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the customer service, during my visit it was fine to me. It $50 for an hour, you won’t beat that price anywhere. My masseuse was skilled and she was really strong for a small lady. I left a $10 tip and she was happy. So I do recommend this place to anyone on a budget.If you don’t wanna tip, it’s the same thing as not tipping at a restaurant, you just have to be comfortable with those awkward interactions.
