The most lovely service. Such an underrated place. Everyone is so professional and nice. Usually not overwhelmingly packed or loud. Valet parking available.

Avoid this bar at all costs. Not only was it overpriced for nothing (horrible menu, 0 options) but the layout and table design was nothing special. It took 1 hour to get my vehicle from valet, as they have 1 person working, and their system results in 1 car every 30 minutes. One of the hotel employees also made sure to make fun of me for asking where the valet is - funny enough, he doesn’t understand how fraud the system is.Fairmont, do better.

Server Hassan, come on, man. If you dislike your job so much, find a new one or fake it for the tips. From the moment we sat down to the minute we left, not 1 smile, no pleasantries, no personality, nothing. Most of the seating is trendy, but uncomfortable. Drinks are average for a self titled cocktail lounge. This was a destination for us to try, but would only return if I was close by. The smoke box presentation for the Negroni was almost better than the cocktail itself. Maybe I'm a harsher critic than most with my written review, but still 4/5.

Amazing hostesses that always make sure you have a comfortable seat! Once seated, service is meh. Felt like we were bothering the staff with our questions about the menu. Once we got our first drinks, there was no follow up or upsell for food or additional drinks. And it took quite a while to get the bill.The view and the vibe made up for it though. Worth visiting at least once, but maybe just once.

I had the best customer service ever in Montreal. It is my first time here and me and my friends were provided with the excellent service from Jerome. He recommended us the best drinks and we left super satisfied and happy. Restaurants should have more services like that.

Place is really nice. Good location, nice views and so on, but the place is never open! Spent a week in the queen elizabeth and the terrace was open only on one night.If it's open, hit it.

Consistency is key here. Pricey drinks but perfect setting with great djs always playing good beats compensates for it. Carcutrie and cheese platters overpriced for what you get. Perfect place if you want to have a conversation with a friend, business partner or take someone on a date.

Situated right in the heart of downtown, a sure shot win for those who planned this venue for wooing it's date. My date had a negroni and couldn't resist having 2 more. The whole Ambiance looked classy. Got some garlic shrimp and striploins for starters - they're delicious!! Given its parental portfolio, the price range is a bit steep for the food but that is well compensated for the quality, the view and the ambiance. Had I been a denizen of Montreal, this would be one of my favorite hang out spot.

Nabil is an Amazing mixologist! I can watch him all day whip of a drink with such delicacy and meticulous attention.I must add the drinks are Amazing.Greg is by far the most Amazing Bar tender I have ever had.His recommendations on drinks was on point.He was very charming and made sure we were attended too .Wonderful Experience....my new spot now for a night out!
