Terrible service. Ordered and paid for a surround. Had my contractor pick up and they gave it away to another customer. The managers excuse employee was just being kind and helping someone out

Usually, they have what i want.If they have to order it takes usually a couple weeks.

Good sale on bird seed. What we needed was in stock. Friendly cashier. We were offered help immediately for the large bags we were buying.

90%, of my in store and lumber yard experiences have been very good. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. On one occasion I went to return a new pair of naturally tanned-lightly shaded winter gloves. These gloves in question, when I made the initial purchase were underneath a pile of heavy, dark colored tanned winter mitts. Some of the dark tan color waned onto the light colored winter gloves. I returned them because I discovered my other pair at my new residence. I was unable to return the gloves because the clerk said that the gloves were stained. And I explained, just as I did in this narrative, to no avail. And so it goes!!!!I was in the store yesterday, March 27 a bit before closing timeI found what I needed, paid and was out. All good.

My go to store. I am always painting something and the staff are always wiling to help me pick colors, find the best paint for my projects and whip ot up. They are very patient and helpful. They even order if they are out of what I need. Call when it arrives. No place like home. Thanks for the great service!!!

They charged me 10 dollars to cut a post in half. And I know mcmunn and yates does not. So a little p.o.ed at that.
