Very good customer service. Changed my tires and tweaked what needed tweaking from my gears to brakes while I waited. Was very thorough and friendly. My bike is so smooth and everything works great now! All at a great price too! Thank you. And I gotta add, I think the guy who wrote the bad review doesn't know what he's talking about! They told me that they back their work, and if anything goes wrong, they will fix it. Did he even try and go back? ;-)

I was in and purchased a hockey helmet for my 3 yr old son today. They were very helpful in making sure it was the right fit and that the cage was the best fit they had. The price was more than fair and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I brought a bike in for a spring tune-up and it turned out to need a fair amount of repair done to it.Staff was friendly, professional, did the repairs same day and followed up on their work a couple days later when I had a few issues with the bike. Price was more than reasonable and the quality is top-notch.I would highly recommend J&R Sports for bikes and bike repair needs.

I recently bought a bike and forgot I wasn't 20 anymore. So I bought some new bars and a seat at J & R. Really helpful staff and an enjoyable experience. (Garsge door open is the after pic). If you need anything sports related, I highly recommend them.

I left my bike for a tune-up in October, they promised to finish the service in two weeks, today, January 16th, I finally got my bike back. Additionally, the service went from $60 to $193, more than the value of my bike. They called me saying that the bike would need two extra parts that would cost 12 and 18 respectively, and then mysteriously the price multiply the total cost by 3. This was the last time that I was ripped off there. I am very VERY disappointed.
