I always have such a great experience anytime I shop here! This store has a bit of everything from mild to wild!

The store is very big, bright, clean and well organized.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and most of the have worked there for many years (the manager has been with them for over 20!) this makes them very knowledgeable about the many products they carry.You can find everything from Bachelorette party supplies, to wigs, hosiery, lingerie and costumes. All kinds of adult toys, Bdsm accessories as well as a wide variety of massage lotions, condoms and lubes.They have fitting rooms in the back if you wish to try on items and at times you will find they have sales, and I have gotten many great deals.This is my go to store for my favorite vibrators and I am always treated very well. Its the type of place that you can bring your girlfriend or wife to without feeling sleazy like the store just a few doors down.

Love this place! Toys, adult costumes, lingerie, lubes, wigs and more!The service is amazing ! The girls are always so fun and friendly.When my regular fave vibe was out of stock, the lady ( tall dark hair, recently back from a 8 month vacation ) took the time to find out my preferences, and sold me a 20 speed rechargeable vibe that blew my mind ! It was beyond expectations !(FYI it’s the Screaming O Charged Positive Vibe )

The cashier with purple hair (not sure if it was a male or female) was extremely rude. We ended up leaving within about two minutes after walking in due to the unfriendly nature of this person.

Very friendly staff and a good selection with prices comparable to online. I was in and out with my item in less than 5m!

Do not go here!! They discriminated against me even after producing medical information. They asked me to leave even though they are public company and display public hours.Probably the worst treatment I’ve had in this city. Interesting that a smut store would be so discriminatory. Really sad.

Edit: Annie was super kind and apologetic, and she replaced the item under warranty at no cost.Spent a lot money here (they're more expensive than online, but I was preferring to support local), and one of the products was having intermittent malfunctions. Product had a one year warranty, but they refused to return or exchange it because they said it looked fine. Manager was practically calling me a liar in the store, which made me feel super uncomfortable.

Very decent selection, clean and comfortable atmosphere (not sleazy at all), excellent customer service. Products with moving parts got checked for functionality before they were bagged. Will definitely go back.ETA 02/20: It seems they offer a service wherein you can call in the SKU of anything you like from their website, and they'll go get it from their warehouse and hold it behind the counter for next-day pickup. If I could add a few more stars, I would.

Great folks can't wait to go back. AND I HAVE A QUESTION !! I WANNA BUY ONE OF YOU MACHINES IN STORE SINCE I CANT DO IT ONLINE. My card only seems to wanna work online can we male something happen here

July 16th 2021 - I hate that I didn't ask the name of the Cutie Pie that was working and I'm assuming the owner of this gem of a store. Both deliciously lovely beings!!!
